FAQ
Are parents allowed to observe the photo session?
NO. We feel that the attention of the dancer as well as the focus of the session is more successful when a parent waits in the holding room.
On occasion we may invite a parent in if their dancer needs more support in their environment.
How long will it take to receive my picture order?
Editing can take up to two weeks. You’ll receive an email with access to your private gallery as soon as the photos are prepped.
Digital orders are within a 24 hour turn around after the order is placed.
Prints are based on your order and shipping selection from the lab.
Will there be a changing area?
Yes. We use our back to back interior studios for our photo shoots.
Studio A will be complete with partitions for changing in private and it is immediately adjacent to the room where we will take the photos.
Can I bring my own props?
Absolutely! These photos represent you and if you have any ideas to add to them, we are open to them!
Will you have my dancers hairpiece?
Yes! We will have all of the hairpieces that coordinate with their costume and will apply them when the dancer enters the room for their session.
